Who may use ProK9 Market

You must be 18 or older. Sellers must be organizations that own or are authorized to sell the dogs they list, and must comply with every animal-sale law in their jurisdiction and the buyer's.

Sales and funds

When you buy through the platform, your payment is held until the dog is delivered and you confirm acceptance, or the acceptance window passes. Fees are shown before you pay.

Records

When a dog is sold through the platform, its records transfer to the buyer. The seller keeps a read-only copy.

Content

You own what you post. You grant ProK9 Market a license to display it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
