How buying works

1. Create a free account. Every account uses two-step sign-in, because you will be dealing with real money and real animals.
2. Browse dogs. Sign in to see the exact price, the health and training records the trainer has shared, and to message them.
3. Reserve with a card deposit. ProK9 holds it. The dog is marked pending for you.
4. Sign the purchase agreement the trainer sends. Pay the balance by bank transfer or wire before delivery.
5. The dog is delivered. Confirm within the acceptance window, or raise a problem. When you confirm, the trainer is paid and the dog and all its records move to your account.
